Trello is one of the project and work management tools Filed connects to. Ask Filed Chat what is on a client's board or which items need review before a deadline, and it reads from the Workspaces and boards the connected member can access. Routines can run the same checks on a schedule.

Read access is always on. Write access is a separate switch your firm enables after review. For client-sensitive boards, connect with a dedicated firm account so access stays deliberate.

How it works
  • See projects, tasks, assignments, and due dates
  • Find items that need review before a deadline
  • Create or update approved work items with write access
  • Works within the connected member's Workspace and board access

Questions

The questions firms ask us

You sign in with a Trello member of the required Workspace and boards and approve the authorization. Filed then works with what that member can see.

Filed only sees boards the connected user is a member of. Make the authorized user a board member, and use a dedicated firm account for client-sensitive boards.

Only when write access is enabled on the connection. Verify against a known board first and keep write off until your firm approves.
