PandaDoc is one of the document tools Filed connects to. Once your workspace is linked, ask Filed what is pending or completed for a client, or set a Routine to watch for documents that need review before a deadline. Filed reads the documents and templates the connected user can access.

Read access is always on. Write access is off until your firm enables it, so Filed can only create or send documents when that is approved. PandaDoc's own workspace permissions decide what the connection can reach.

How it works
  • Review document and signature request status
  • See what is pending, completed, or needs attention
  • Prepare approved documents when Write is enabled
  • Automate document checks with Routines

Questions

The questions firms ask us

You sign in to PandaDoc through Filed's integration provider, Composio, with a user who can access the documents and templates you need.

Filed only sees what the connected user can see. Check that user's PandaDoc workspace membership and document access.

Only when your firm enables Write on the connection. Until then the connection is read-only, and you review any change in PandaDoc before finalizing.
