If your firm's notes, client trackers, or process docs live in Notion, this integration brings them within Filed's reach. During setup you choose which pages and databases Filed may access, then ask Chat about them or set up a Routine that works with that content on a schedule.

Notion exposes only pages explicitly shared with the integration, so you stay in control of scope; if a page does not appear, add the connection to it in Notion. Read access is always enabled, and Write stays off until your firm approves changes.

How it works
  • Pull page and database information into Filed Chat
  • Automate repeatable Notion work with Routines
  • Prepare approved updates when Write access is enabled
  • Keep a read-only connection for reporting

Questions

The questions firms ask us

You sign in to the intended workspace and select the pages or databases Filed may access, then complete authorization and verify the connection in Filed.

Only pages explicitly shared with the integration. If a page or database is missing, add the connection to it in Notion and it will appear.

Only when Write access is enabled in the connection settings. Read access is always on, and the docs recommend verifying the connection before enabling write access.
