If your to-dos live in Google Tasks, this integration lets Filed read them. Ask Chat what needs attention before a deadline, or set up a Routine that reviews tasks on a schedule or in response to a trigger.

Read access is always enabled. The docs recommend using read-only access for reporting and enabling Write only for approved task changes. Task lists are scoped to the connected account, so Filed sees exactly what that account sees.

How it works
  • Pull task information into Filed Chat
  • Automate recurring task reviews with Routines
  • Prepare approved task changes when Write access is enabled
  • Keep a read-only connection for reporting

Questions

The questions firms ask us

You sign in with the authorized Google account, approve authorization, and return to Filed. Then verify that the task lists you need are available.

Only when Write access is enabled in the connection settings. Read access is always on, and the docs recommend enabling Write only for approved task changes.

Task lists are scoped to the connected account. If a list is missing, it belongs to a different account; reconnect with the right one.
