Google Meet is one of the meeting sources Filed connects to. Once linked, you can ask Filed Chat to pull Google Meet information for a client and summarize the key items, or set up a Routine that works with meeting data automatically on a schedule or in response to a trigger.

You connect by signing in with a Google account that can access the meeting and calendar information your firm needs. Filed reads only what that account can see. Read access is always on. When Write access is enabled, Filed can also create approved follow-ups, and you review changes before you finalize them.

How it works
  • Pull Google Meet meeting context for a client into Chat
  • Surface meeting items that need follow-up
  • Create approved follow-ups when Write access is on
  • Automate meeting checks with Routines
