Dropbox Sign is one of the signature tools Filed connects to. Ask Filed which signature requests are still open for a client, or have a Routine flag anything that needs review before a filing deadline. Filed reads from the templates and requests the connected account can already access.
Read access is always on. Write is a separate setting, so Filed can only create or update Dropbox Sign records after your firm enables it. Dropbox Sign's own team roles and template permissions stay in charge of who can touch what.
How it works
- Review signature request and template status
- Find requests that need attention before a deadline
- Prepare approved documents when Write is enabled
- Schedule recurring checks with Routines
Ask Filed, in your own words.
Starting points for this connection. Swap the bracketed details for your client and your dates.
Summarize the Dropbox Sign information for [client name] for [date range].
Find records in Dropbox Sign that need review before [deadline].
With write access enabled, prepare the approved Dropbox Sign update and show the proposed changes first.
The questions firms ask us
Sign in through Filed's integration provider, Composio, with a user who can access the signature requests and templates you need, then approve access.
Filed only sees what the connected user can see. Review that user's team role and template permissions in Dropbox Sign.
Only when your firm enables Write on the connection. Turn it off and the connection stays available for read-only work.
