DocuSign is one of the signature tools Filed connects to. Once it is linked, you can ask Filed which envelopes are still out for signature and which need attention before a deadline. Filed reads from the account you authorize, so it sees the same envelopes and templates your team does.
Read access is always on. Write access is a separate switch, so Filed only creates or updates DocuSign records after your firm turns it on and approves the change. Signing authority stays with your firm through DocuSign's own permissions.
How it works
- Check envelope and signature status
- Pull documents and templates from the connected account
- Prepare approved document updates when Write is enabled
- Automate recurring signature checks with Routines

The questions firms ask us
You sign in to DocuSign through Filed's integration provider, Composio, and approve access. Filed then reads whatever the authorized account can see.
No. Read access is always on, but write actions only run when your firm enables Write on the connection, and you review changes in DocuSign before finalizing.
Only what the connected user can see. DocuSign's own template and user permissions remain the source of truth.
