Calendly is one of the scheduling sources Filed connects to. Once linked, you can ask Filed Chat to pull Calendly information for a client and summarize what needs attention, or set up a Routine that works with scheduling data automatically on a schedule or in response to a trigger.
You connect by signing in with a Calendly user who belongs to the right organization, so Filed sees only the event types and data that user can access. Read access is always on. When Write access is enabled, Filed can also create or update approved scheduling data, and you review changes before you finalize them.
How it works
- Pull Calendly scheduling information for a client into Chat
- Surface scheduling items that need follow-up
- Create or update approved scheduling data when Write access is on
- Automate scheduling checks with Routines

The questions firms ask us
You sign in with a Calendly user who can access the intended organization and event types, then approve the authorization. The connection runs through Filed's integration provider, Composio.
Filed only sees what the connected user can access. Verify that the connected user belongs to the intended Calendly organization.
Only when Write access is enabled on the connection. Keep Write off unless Filed should create or update scheduling data.
