Google invited us to share how we’re actually teaching Gemini to do just that. On stage at Google's AI Day, our Chief AI Officer, Stylianos (Stelios) Gisdakis, walked through how traditional automation is giving way to dynamic agentic architectures, and what happens when AI starts working with humans, not instead of them.
Some takeaways worth stealing:
1. Don’t throw away what already works. The goal isn’t disruption for its own sake, it’s automation that feels instantly familiar and trustworthy.
2. Hallucinations happen. The best systems surface uncertainty so users can stay in control.
3. Prompts don’t scale. Architecture does. Multi-agent orchestration lets you add new capabilities without breaking what’s built.
